The class was wonderful. I have never taken a class quite like this before and it was great. I very much enjoyed the energy of the group and the information you imparted on the chakras etc.
The meditation was very good and not unlike that which I have been doing for years, so I moved into it easily. I enjoyed working with golden energy again. I usually work with what I call "Liquid Diamond Light" coming in through the crown chakra from the Universe and the Central Sun.
